My viewpoint for this painting was from The Visitor's Center at Zion National Park. Walking around there, having just arrived, I looked up and through this beautiful frame of lush tree leaves I saw the mountain they call The Watchman...so appropriate since it sees everyone coming into the park, and leaving!
